Things My House Will Have

1. Each bedroom will have a washer and dryer. I am more than willing to invest $5,000 to eliminate a laundry build-up and mess.
2. An eat-in family island. I love having a formal dining room, but I hate using it for breakfast.
3. An eating nook. I prefer to use the formal dining room for nice dinners, etc. The eating nook would be used on a daily basis. Cook, set, serve, clean up.
4. A craft room. I need a large craft room. I will need a wrapping station and areas for papercraft, beading, sewing, and yarn.
5. A master suite. The master suite will be on the first floor, and will have: bed area, dressing room, walk in closets, sitting area, and a large bathroom.
6. A large bathroom in the master suite. The bathroom will have a large whirlpool bath tub and separate shower, two sinks, and an attached powder room.
7. A full size play house for Al.
8. A playground. Plenty of space for the boys to run with each other, friends, Al, and their dog. There will also be a quality play set.
9. A small (8’x8′) work study that doubles as a library.
10. Built-in furniture. Window seats, nooks, ultimate use of space. A dog kennel under the stairs, complete with a window for him to see outside.
11. Media room in the finished basement, complete with a converted bed to make a huge, comfy, intimate sitting area.
12. Storage rooms in the basement. Small rooms for misc. items which have small usage spans, such as holiday decorations, light bulbs, etc; a cold room for cans; and a cedar closet for items such as heavy coats and blankets.

Finally

I got out of the house today. Mom came by and we went to Knitorious and Pint Size Bakery. I bought a 200g ball of James C. Brett yarn for JT’s scarf. I’m going to make a version of Cinder like I’m doing for the husband. I also bought some cable holders, and a pair of ChaioGoo circulars, 24″, US10. I LOVE THEM. At Pint Size Bakery I got Blueberry Zucchini bread, which was simply delicious.

Went to give AL a very and her hemangioma was bleeding. Freaked me out, and I came to found out it’s a very normal complication.

Made delicious dinner.

Spiced Chicken
Cumin, celery salt, garlic, italian seasoning, paprika. Rub boneless skinless chicken breasts and fry in light oil (covered) until cooked through. Spice and serve with big salad (lettuce, cucumber, radishes, carrots, cheese, tomato, croutons).
