CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR “Finding Emma”

With Dottie dead, and Emma back home, John is a wreck. He misses his little granddaughter so much, it’s eating him alive.

One day Peter decides to take Emma out on a Father-Daughter Date. She suggests they go to the donut shop. There, they run into her Papa. A secret relationship forms, between John, Peter, and Emma.

Megan can’t seem to reconnect with Emma. Her other two daughters are slowly drifting away from her and she doesn’t know what to do about it.

Eventually, Megan and her daughters reconnect.

I can’t say much more without giving the book away.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for yet another story of hope, love, and the sacrafices you make for your family and those you love. Read Finding Emma first, then take Emma’s Secret for a spin.
