This is a new beginning. A new year. A new start. I’ve decided to change the way I live my life. I’m tired of being angry, sad, and annoyed all the damn time.
1. Limit the amount of time I spend yelling at the boys. I say limit because I’m not sure it’ll completely stop…sometimes they are super-bad.
2. Exercise. I am happiest when I’m in shape. Exercise helps me think through things and work things out in my head.
3. Eat more, and eat better. In other words: stop skipping breakfast.
New Year Resolutions:
1. Go to the damn dentist. Get over it and just go.
2. Buy more exercise games for Kinect.
This time I’ll be stronger, because the only thing standing in between a happy me and a depressed me is me.
