I let the baby spoil. I let her go to bed with a bottle. Terrible mother, I know!
She popped four teeth out, so I decided it was time to ditch the bottle at bedtime. Don’t want to rot her teeth out with the ProSobee.
I attempted the bottle-breaking last night. VICTORY WAS MINE! It was incredible. She only woke up once, and I popped her binky in her mouth and she went right back to sleep.
BINKY!? Yes. She isn’t a typical binky baby though. She had a terrible need to suck after she switched from breast to bottle… I really had no choice. I’m proud to say she isn’t addicted to the binky like some babies are. We hadn’t used the binky in a week or so. I’m thinking we should be binky-free within a month.
Time to call Dr. Sams. Which reminds me, I need to call and see when the boys’ appointments are, I just remembered they’re coming up this month. Hopefully I didn’t miss them. That’s $50 I don’t have to spend right now.
